That, according to the Society of Energy Professionals , who have stated news on the development of Hydro One and the complex transmission lines that it needs. According to a high-ranking official of the project:
"We are concerned that Hydro One has not hired any new professional staff, including professional engineers over the past two years and Hydro One will have to focus on developing a plan to address this critical labour shortage."
