Waste to Fuel
The word "waste" isn't really applicable nowadays. Waste can be used for power generation, as proved by Russian researchers from the N.E. Bauman Moscowlinks State Engineering University. Using bad-quality coal, sawdust, and other low-grade biomass fuels, students who are focusing on non-traditional power engineering are putting these traditionally low-value materials, into high value use.

Used for small scale entities such as off-road applications, small power installations such as the one developed by the Moscow State Engineering University, consists of two active units, the gas generator and the internal-combustion engine. The device's greatest feature? It is converting materials of little use into power generating gas at minimum losses. With such a conversion ratio, there really wouldn't be any "wastes" left for further processing, and certainly minimal emissions to harm the environment.
