Filed in archive Base Effort on May 5, 2007
If things go well, the US senate may vote this month on an energy bill that would require the US to take in 15% of its total energy requirement from renewable energy sources, according to this article from ENN.com. That bill would include power purchases by the federal government from green resources by 2010, and a reduction in gasoline consumption through an expanded use of biofuels.
