Rightly said! These are two of the worst polluters! This is a wonderful article about the Global climate positions of these two countries and the remedial steps they should take. Lead is the right word since we have to ask these two economic superpowers to do it now as a matter of national and economic security.

I agree the Us has to reduce emission but if china does not it will not matter much in the future. China is growing faster and increasing polltuion so they must also reduce or it will not make a difference.
