The Golden Bridge and the Power Underneath
I am very proud to have found the picture on the left. It shows the Golden Bridge in San Francisco and a powerful wave crashing against one of the berthing pillars there. It is so appropriate with what San Francisco plans to do now, which is to harness the tidallinks power underneath the bridge and produce energy.

According to this report from Napa Valley, Mayor Gavin Newsom has recently given the signal to begin a $1.8 million study that would seek to determine how much electricity could be generated, what kind of technology would work best and whether the project makes sense economically for this concept. That is what forward looking is all about!

Kudos Mayor Newsom!
