Texas Primary Energy Efficiency Program

The texas Primary Energy-Efficiency Program is known as the Standard Offer Program. Its goal is to meet 10% of power demand growth through conservation projects, and is funded through small payments from all power consumers (a portion of their electricity bill goes to this program). Its quite innovative and successful and you can see most of the details of the project
