Senator Dianne Feinstein Shares Tactics on Environmental and Energy Bills

Senator Dianne Feinstein has had her fair share of ardent admirers. The smart and tough lady is keen on many issues after all, demonstrating tact that most strategists would see appropriate to use for a battle within the US Congress.According to Senator Feinstein, the tactic is to start small, to achieve gain by getting enough votes to enact legislation. Easier said than done.
Her bill proposes what environmentalists call a shallow bill that does not cut emissions enough to matter to the environment. But she believes that its not getting things right perfect, its getting things started that matters.
I would like to think that this is good just for that purpose, that is, to get things started. But the question then becomes, what happens next? Will we be content with what we have legislated or will we ever move on? With great urgency I think that we should get as much effort in as humanly possible. But that's me talking. The US Congress would see things far differently. Which means that you should tell your representatives what to consider. You do that, now! For more of the story, click here.
