SCE Acquires 1500 MW of Wind Energy

Talk about massive. Southern California Edison (SCE) recently signed a wind energy contract that will give it a 1500 MW capacity of Renewable energy sourced power. This came off with an agreement with Alta Windpower Development LLC, a subsidiary of Allco Financial Group Inc. of Australia. This development doubles SCE's wind energy capacity and makes it one of the most massive wind energy suppliers in the US. Read more here.
