Rating Biofuels
How do you judge the effect of biofuel use on food, land, transportation, and other affected sectors? There was no clear way of knowing this but thanks to a study conducted by UC Berkley, a rating System that looks at the links between biofuels, food, fuel, and land and provides a method of judging the total environmental and global warming impacts of producing and processing these biofuels.

It looks very extensive, and according to the reports, the end consumer will actually be given an index that he could compare to say, using fossil fuels, right there at the pump. Quite a development here, don't you think?
