Oil and Car Companies at Logger Heads

It looks like there is a disagreement between oil companies and car companies on biofuels use. This report indicates the excitement of Ford to produce flex-fuel companies while this article points out how big Oil does not really care about selling the stuff! What is the real deal boys???
