Not Even Ships Are Spared

The US House of Representative have just approved a legislation that will cut the polluting emissions from diesel-powered ships. The new House bill will put the US coast guard and the Environmental Protection Agency (UPA) to develop and then enforce emission limits for thousands of vessels plying in and out of US waters year in and year out.
