Glitnir, a leading Nordic specialty bank, has expressed its interest in investing in the US geothermal energy Market. This statement was made by Arni Magnusson of Glitnir of Iceland, an investment bank with a dollar asset of over $28 Billion. And as the old saying goes, blood is in the water as the Geothermal Energy Association recently announced the Geothermal developments across Canada, and the US states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon and Utah.
