It Desalinates Using Solar Energy

Water is needed everywhere. fresh water, that is, not salt water. Did you know that approximately 50% of the cost of desalinating water is attributed to energy use? Quite a lot when you sum everything up.

Fortunately, a company called Open Energy Corporation is focusing on developing renewable energy technologies, particularly solar energy technologies that will produce energy, fresh water and related resources. Read more about their activities here.
