In my home country, biofuels are really looking up! Last week, I attended a workshop for the finalization of the Implementing Rules and Regulations for biofuel use and I left that workshop knowing the country is one step further along that path. A lot of work behind us but still a lot more to do! Anyhow, here I am filling up my old (but dependable) car with E10.
