Corn Can Track Pollution
Stories like this are such a wonderful read. According to this article, a system was developed by University of California-Irvinelinks researchers to measure carbon dioxide produced by burning coal, oil and natural gas and then locate and track how it moves and mixes with the air. How is that related to corn? Apparanetly, corn collected from 70 sites vary in composition. And from that they draw their conclusions.
