Its great to read something like this. This article says that US towns and cities themselves are supporting positive action against climate change, faster than the federal government. This is my observation too, after reporting about numerous sustainable actions being undertaken by towns (like Woodstock) and cities (like seattle) and even offices and business establishments (Wal-Mart!) inside and outside the US.

It looks like people really are picking it up! Big hand to us all!!!
