China Will Soon Become Number 1 Polluter of the World

I said it before and the news is pouring in again. China's massive industrial growth is resulting into the country becoming the largest polluter of the planet. This must result in China taking drastic measures to address this concern. China is a signatory to the Kyoto Protocol and I am 100 percent certain that China will have to be asked to do more mitigating actions in light of this development.
