Biodiesel Slump In Europe

In Europe, a slump is being experienced by the biodiesel market, despite significant clamor for alternative energy. The reason is an unbalanced pace of development between government policies and the construction of plants. The demand is there, the infrastructure to service that demand, well, that would come in a few more years.
