A recent survey commissioned by Sharp Electronics reports that about 90 percent of Americans want solar as new home options. This is a significant increase since last year's 79 percent. Thats a great sign that the general American public is getting sold on the idea of renewables, and more importantly, seeing that the use of renewable energy sources are practical and doable. I think that next year we would have a wider appreciation of solar technologies since the cost of solar cells and their use would increase even more than this year.

I’ve been adding content quite frequently and will be detailing the construction of my off grid passive solar cabin which has just started.
All of the information on the site is geared towards people wishing to tackle the project themselves, but would certainly be useful to gain knowledge before hiring a contractor as well.
